One term could be used to describe our workshop: FRIENDLINESS.
Friendliness that we seek to create within the spaces that we build or restore every day. The spaces in which we live cannot just be used for technical and functional purposes: they also lived in and need to be human.
Therefore let’s relearn how man works - the way he sees and feels things. Therefore the new techniques will be more stringent, but also a source of comfort, well-being and energy savings.
The architect also designed the areas in order to promote exchanges: social exchanges between the occupants of a building, and also between the building and the urban environment in which it exists. For these reasons and in view of the growing environmental challenges, we are pursuing sustainable goals, social cohesion, respect for the environment and building development over time and these different occupations.
All these principles should be applied so as to ensure a balance between the realities of energy investments and savings granted. As such, the occupant and the employer shall both be winners. A good knowledge of the building is, basically a good way to optimise occupancy costs, taking into account contemporary technologies.
The building’s occupation and design must be considered together from the very start. In this way, the different stakeholders - whether engineers or architects - will be able to create a building with contemporary technologies, with minimum charges that are capable of responding to different occupations over time.
Thus, thanks to the dialogue between the different parties involved, the project will be developed via the different design studies in full detail.
LET’S BUILD SUSTAINABLE AREAS THAT ARE NICE TO LIVE IN.
Therefore, how then can we manage changes in the occupation of a building over time?
Design techniques have changed; documents that were used in the construction of a building should be the source of future management documents. On the building’s design, we therefore propose the creation of a graphic identity card which enables each intervention to change, supplement, activate the document, according to the needs of the different parties involved and through the use of IT facilities.
