Found between chaussée de Wavre, rue Montagne de Sable (pedestrianised) and rue des Villageois, the Auderghem sporting complex required additional parking spaces and a new table tennis room.
127 parking spaces are primarily intended to serve people using the sporting complex's infrastructures, but also customers of surrounding shops. It is also designed to meet the requirements of disabled people. The new building consists of landscaped roof terraces, which prevent noise and visual pollution and presents a public park with a new access to the sports centre, which is entirely pedestrianised. The park also includes a play area for children and hence offers a green area that residents may access.
